Annual Draw
Our club's largest fund raiser is our annual draw and for the last few years this has been for a classic car.
This draw is held at the annual "Auto Fest"
car show which is held each year here in Oshawa, Ontario in August.
We would like to thank everyone who purchased tickets on our last draw as we had another great year.
Again thank you all.
This year we have again purchased a 1968 Camaro Sport Coupe. This one is red with white stripes -- Serial No. 124378N376871.
The drive train in this is the original 327 cu/in V8 engine rebuilt to factory tolerances with a 4BBL carburetor mounted to
Edelbrock Intake manifold and Ceramic-coated header to dual mufflers & pipes. You will find the engine compartment detailed with chromed components.
The transmission is a 3 speed automatic with floor shift console and positraction rear axle with 3.73 :1 ratio.
The front suspension is the original configuration and rear suspension has heavy duty leaf springs and shocks.
It also has power steering, power brakes, original factory gauges, recovered bucket seats and a Delco AM/FM Radio with cassette.
The Odometer currently shows 52,845 miles but this Car has undergone a recent frame-off restoration.
This classic is valued at $43,200 with an additional 2 early bird draws for $1,000.00 each and only 30,000 tickets to be printed.
Tickets are $5.00 each, 3 for $12.00 or 6 for $20.00
